I must say the only one I’m surprised with is Michelle Malkin???
Is she one of those good ones who turned bad?
Malkin is a very intelligent person, but she takes an outsized level of pride in being both smart and sophisticated. As an exercise in proving both, she has brutally mocked and ridiculed so-called birthers. (She is simply too suave to fall for all that crazy conspiracy stuff.) No doubt part of her animous toward Trump is that he showed himself to be beneath her intellectual plateau, when he questioned Obama’s bona fides.
I gather Trump also nastily insulted Malkin, which couldn’t have helped matters. Trump was never going to have her on his side, but there was no reason to make matters worse, imho.
I don’t remember the details but Trump said something to her about a year ago that was pretty bad. I don’t think she is GOPe. I think it is personal between them.

I’m not convinced some of those other entities were hawking Bush either, but Michelle is the flagrant one >IMO.
