What is an H1b Visa?

The US H1B visa is a non-immigrant visa that allows US companies to employ foreign workers in specialty occupations that require theoretical or technical expertise in specialized fields such as in architecture, engineering, mathematics, science, and medicine.

So ... you would rather force American companies to rely on an inferior workforce in numbers and/or quality, American graduates in these fields as produced by American universities, and simultaneously give foreign competitors the advantage by preventing those highly qualified and prized specialist workers from coming here and working for American companies?

When H1B workers are allowed here, American stands to gain in very way -- we get the best minds from all around the world, and we solve the problem of either BADLY EDUCATED or severely limited cream-of-the-crop selection of Americans in those fields. Instead, you are all for forcing companies to hire inferior workers simply because they are American citizens, force the superior workers to be employed by foreign competition ...

... all because you are so angry that illegal immigrants are here taking advantage of tyrannical government that overregulates business and gives out freebies to illegals.

Cruz is solid big-picture future-thinking pro-American RIGHT on immigration. Period.

Budget: Cruz has made massive financial deals, has put tens of thosuands of people to work, has run a billion dollar business, and protected a bottom line.  Next flight of fantasy...
Civil Liberties: Trump has said he'll round up and deport illegal immigrants, build a wall that is 60 feet tall along our border.  This results in his red marker on civil liberties.  No sale.
Free Market: The "FREE MARKET"...  Nothing in life is free.  The cost of this "FREE MARKET" has been tens of millions of U. S. jobs.  Trump wants to bring them back.  That warrants a red marker.  LOL
Health Care and Entitlements: Trump has proposed a private sector replacement of Obamacare.  He wants to reduce entitlements as part of getting the budget under control.  This red marker is simply proposterous.
Moral issues:  What moral issues?  Good grief.  Name one moral issue Trump has a problem with.
Second Amendment:  This is simply a fraud.  Trump has a paper on Second Amendment rights, and it's recognized as a good one.
Taxes, Economy, and Trade:  Trump's tax position is good.  His economic experience is second to very few U. S. Citizens.  His trade view are more solid than any other candidate's.

In Cruz's favor, his free market mark isn't deserved either.

Trump is the go to guy because of his economic experience.  He is solid on other issues as well, but second to illegal immigration, our national debt and related matters are vitally important and need to be addressed.  Trump is the only candidate with the experience necessary to do that.

Cruz supporters are pleased to drop this bomb on the forum.

It isn't an accurate display on Trump.  As such it's actually a smear on Cruz when his supporters tout it as a reason to support Cruz.  What they should be doing is pointing out the obvious flaws in this ranking.  And RANK is the proper word here....

Carson in his books has staked out a hard line on immigration. Carson has called for both the border to be secured and strict interior enforcement measures.]

Carson has opposed illegal immigration and called for a system to ensure only legal immigrants are hired.

However, in more recent rhetoric Carson has championed a national guest-worker program as a way for immigrants to be granted citizenship and favored a pathway to citizenship for illegal immigrants.

In the late summer of 2015, Carson came out against rigorous enforcement of current deportation laws.

Carson has flip flopped on the proposed national guest-worker program; first, Carson said that illegals would have to return to their home country, but in July of 2015 Carson amended his proposal to allow for illegals to remain in country as guest workers as long as they pay taxes.

This proposal is very similar to the failed Gang of 8 amnesty bill and until the border is secured incentivizes illegal immigration.

Additionally Carson directly slammed calls for enforcing deportation laws. Carson like all the other GOP candidates wants the border secure, but Carson’s support for creation of a new guest-worker program comprised of illegal immigrants is amnesty but by another name.

You support Carson over Trump? Why? He brings nothing to the table - I will take Cruz over Carson. I think the good doctor is a good man, and has done a magnificent job as a physician, but, he is NOT presidential material. By the time he makes a speech - we would all be fast asleep. Can you imagine him negotiating with world leaders? Oh my - what a disaster.

Technically, Cruz is an insider. He ran for the Senate and won. That makes him part of Washington, like it or not. He hasn’t had any success thus far in his career to qualify him as a leader.
