Cruz, like it or not, was born in Canada.
Not going to be a popular answer but it is a factor.
The surgeries this brain surgeon should perform will all be either lobotomies or complete brain transplants on all Demonic-rat and GOPe-RINO senators, congressmen and congresswomen, the former president and vice-president, the Supreme Court justices who supported perverted-queer "marriage", the Supreme Court justices who supported Obamacare, the Clintons, all Muslims, all communists, most mainstream media nutbags, most Hollywood and other entertainment nutballs, etc., etc., etc., and so forth.
He will be a busy, busy man.
Yep. Cruz has to do what his paymasters tell him to do.
Still, he’d be better than Carson who is a total snoozefest who is unqualified.
In my opinion, a person who is against border guards obeying the law in apprehending illegals, a person who is for giving citizenship to everyone who enters our nation illegally is naive.
10,000 illegals came into the United States from Mexico in September. How many of those were Muslim? How many were terrorists?
CARSON is not the man to be POTUS
Wrong as hell. If what you were shoveling were true, why are the ones being laid off training their foreign replacements? I’ve had actual experience managing these elite minds. Most got their degrees from a Mumbai paper mill.
No more immigration for two years. We sort out the current mess and reevaluate. Until Cruz gets his mind right on this he remains sub 10 percent.
[I know this is waste of words but my question still stands completely unanswered by your reply.]
FBI admits there’s no way to screen all the Syrian refugees the Obama administration plans to accept into the US FBI Director James Comey on Wednesday told Congress that the federal government cannot conduct thorough checks on all of the coming influx of 10,000 refugees from Syria.
Your choice is perplexing. Technically, Trump is a businessman who until fairly recently (four or five years at best) donated money almost equally, favoring Democrats, to both parties, a "cost of doing business," as you say. Advancing leftist tyranny because he stood to gain financially from it.
Trump has had great success in business and in showmanship, please admit -- he used the media to craft a brassy brilliant billionaire popular image. "You're fired." He's a true patriot, he loves America as much as I do and is as passionate for what he thinks is its salvation, through a businessman's eyes.
How does that qualify him for a leader any more than Cruz's status in the Senate disqualify him as a leader? Business and government are very different things. I hate to think of American government as being like a business because that makes it my boss and me its employee. Business leaders belong in business.
Political thinkers belong in politics, and voters have to choose good leaders. Voting should only be encouraged among those willing to take extra trouble to do it. Instead, it is doled out with drivers licenses and absentee voting is becoming a norm. It's a big national popularity contest, Coke vs. Pepsi forms of government.
At bottom, everything I hear from Trump says "better lives through better government." His history has said it and his words say it.
At bottom, everything I hear from Cruz says, "better lives through less government."
Freer lives, more liberty, more prosperity, through less government.
Confusing business leadership and salesmanship with a right political compass is ... a mistake.
The "why" of that is glaringly obvious.
It's because it's too expensive for the company to keep the ones being laid off. Keeping them is making the companies unable to compete and benefit their stockholders.
Find out why it's financially advantageous for the company to do this, and you'll find the truth. Ten to one it's because government regulations have made it so.
Architects are training their foreign replacements? Mathematicians, scientists, engineers, and medical professionals are training their H1B visa replacements? How far does "theoretical or technical" expertise reach?
For crying out loud, what does your last post have to do with Carson? Please link a direct quote where he welcomes these terrorists disguised as refugees.
And, to be clear, you support this policy?
[Please link a direct quote where he welcomes these terrorists disguised as refugees.]
CARSON never made a direct quote, but his position on immigration shows that he has a blind eye to the danger that is going on right now on our border. He is not POTUS material.
I never said he made a quote, just making a point.
“...Someone Please Explain How SO Many People Would Take Carson Over CRUZ? I Don’t Get That At All...”
Because, no matter how much you may like traditional conservatism and feel it is the logical, obvious path to righting our listing ship of state — the majority of the GOP and all of the remaining political factions to the left of the GOP and well over half the voters in the nation do not agree.
Simply put, opinions vary. I can’t explain the *why*, but Boehner, McConnell, Lindsey and assorted RINO’s keep getting re-elected — EASILY — by a lot of folks in their states. It boggles my mind that it happens, but there it is.
Bottom line: Conservatives need to do far, Far, FAR more to proselytize conservatism than posting on a web site in one isolated corner of the internet. The effort will likely span multiple generations.
That’s what I think about it.
You see clearly! I firmly believe that even though we are already experiencing the consequences of our choices (as a nation) to ignore God, His ways, and thus, His PROTECTION...that before the end of this year and certainly in the next two years, we are going to be thoroughly awakened to what those choices have wrought. The USA (and the world) are in for some very difficult times, but they will also be the opportunity for evangelization like never before. Let us pray, seek our own individual holiness and work for the salvation of the souls of all of God’s creation. :-)
I don’t know about putting a date on it, but I do agree the time is short. As a matter of fact, not to dispute what I myself just said, but sometimes I look at things and am somewhat amazed we haven’t reached the point of God’s judgment yet. It’s good for us that He is so patient, but even His patience surely has its limits.
I’ve been reading in Deuteronomy, recently did some commentary on Deuteronomy 28, and right now am reading Deuteronomy 32- the song of Moses. What jumps out is just how direct God is that He would hide His face from His people and allow a “foolish nation” to take control of them.
We can’t continue on this path and if we do (and I’m afraid we will)then indeed it will be the end of America-at least as we know it.
BUT, I will agree with you that this is the time that we study, that we prepare, that we seek His ways and His will rather than yours, and that we encourage as many as who will listen to do the same. Individuals can be protected and blessed even if everyone around them is falling away to sin.
I sure don’t understand it either. Where do Dr. Carson’s numbers come from? I haven’t seen any huge crowds. And isn’t he taking a couple of weeks off for his book tour?

In my journeys I came across this Video with Carson and Lil Bammy Cakes in front of an audience at Johns Hopkins Univ.
Really found it interesting, his deliver and communication style here is not off putting and really informative...
Look forward to your insights as always...
