Unless you are really big, strong, fast and reasonably well trained, or some combination of the above - you would lose in less than a minute. Like 6’8” and 250.
People watch these fighters on tv and think they could compete. You would have a FAR better chance facing a major league pitcher or competing as a receiver in the NFL than you would getting in the cage at the UFC level.
She might be an idiot but she can easily kick the ass of 99.999% percent of the men in the world. I weigh a bit less than 200 lbs, have trained off and on for decades and there is no doubt in my mind that unless I got really lucky she would take me.

I invite you to go to a fighting gym and find out for yourself. If you’re small, then train for a while. Get your blue belt in BJJ and then try rolling with a 250 pound white belt. He’ll destroy you with size.
Or if you’re a large male in good shape, go roll with a 135 pound blue belt. If you’re not a marshmallow with no desire to win you’ll handily smash him.
