I should add that I don’t think they should all get VA benefits but they are still entitled be considered a “Veteran.”

I believe after 9-11 anyone that served during the war on terror is a vet, whether they were Active, Guard or Reserves. Terrorism has no boarders.

U.S. Code: Title 38 needs to be updated to reflect that fact.
