I thought the speech the British PM gave was very good. He said we are all Americans now.
And I remember the Queen at a church service for the US. They played and sang Armored Christian Soldiers—a hymn we wouldn’t be allowed to play.
My daughter was going to school in London on 9/11. She said the British were very respectful of the US at that time.
