strip cosmoline

The bolt on the new rifle I bought a few weeks ago was hanging and bullets were failing to eject. After some research on youtube I found that the bolt carrier was catching on the hammer. So I bought a dremel kit and buffed the hard corners off and now everything slides and spits smoothly.

I used paint thinner to soften the cosmoline on a Yugo SKS along with a bristle brush & lots of elbow grease. It’s a motherbear getting all that gunk off.

As for BATFE knowing how many guns I own based on 4473’s, would somebody quote me the Federal statute that says I am required to report selling any of them?

Yes, yes, “universal background checks” will achieve that but it hasn’t happened yet.
