This is something that professionals could use and don’t. Whenever there are tables/columns that go to another page, the column headings are lost and one has to keep scrolling back up to see what the columns represent. Never could understand why they don’t freeze the panes. Although until a poster replied with the answer you were looking for, I couldn’t think of it....It’s never done on congressional vote tallies or anything the government produces.
