Because the average bozo going postal spends months making dozens of bombs, buying tactical gear, buying thousands of rounds of ammo, rents a get-a-way car, and flies to Pakistan to get a radical Muslim mail order bride so she can shoot at the cops from the back of the rented car with a .223 rifle while fleeing the scene where the married couple slaughtered their coworkers at a Christmas party soon after the coworkers gave them a baby shower.
Pretty typical “workplace violence” scenario if you ask me.

His “wife’s” “name” is Tashfeen Malik. It’s the same name as that of an 11th century JIhadi known as Tashfeen Malik Al-Muahideen, who is credited with a victory over the Christians at the Battle of Sagrajas in 1086.
In other words, by choosing that name for her fake passport, she was giving the finger to US authorities, including the FBI workers who checked her creds. And she was obviously radicalized before her “marriage” to Syed.
Something tells me that Syed became a sleeper. Once he got into a nice government position, the gears started to turn and plans were laid.
