sorry for the confusion. Yes, I was referring to the same ones you are... I don’t call them the Washington DC snipers because they acted on highways outside the beltway...
But I actually didn’t intend to only list the ones from 2009 onward; I meant to list a bunch, including them, but particularly the recent ones because that’s the point... that the BHO administration has allowed them to increase.
