Sanders is openly a socialist. Hillary calls herself a “progressive.” Chris Matthews asked her to explain the difference between a socialist and a liberal and she couldn’t.

I would like to see the country club GOPE work with Sanders “to get things done”. He would go after their money and if they (the country clubbers) actually nominated Yeb they would plainly deserve it.
Bernie Sanders, quite frankly, in addition to being magnitudes better than Hillary, would be far better than the vast majority of the GOP candidates as well, with the exception of Trump and Cruz.
Yes, I know Bernie is an avowed socialist. But, because of his populism, perhaps, he'd still be better than most of the other GOP candidates, IMHO. For instance, being from Vermont, I doubt he'd be an advocate for gun control, or corporate welfare, although I could be mistaken...
