I agree that ABuse of anything is uncivilized. You implied a stronger statement: that any use of drugs is uncivilized. Does that apply to the drug alcohol? I should have clarified that I was referring to illegal drug use.
So alcohol use during Prohibition was uncivilized? I beg to differ.
