Two huge flaws in his logic.
1. There’s a difference between a conspiracy and a mere fraud.
2. All those things WERE exposed. Otherwise, how could he know to use them for his theory?
Conspiracy often is covering up fraud. Two people to agree to do or not do something illegal and/or criminal or fraudulent, they have conspired.
