Is anyone aware of a compilation of incidents where citizens were killed by law enforcement officials in situations where lethal force was clearly not required to control the situation?

(I’m not referring to circumstances where use of lethal force was clearly a reasonable response to a threat or to protect innocent life.)

Click of Col 12 column header in the table. That will jump to a link to the FBI. There's data for years 2003 - 2009 in the table. There may be more years available now at the FBI.. it's been several months since I looked.

There are also Law Enforcement Officers Killed and Assaulted (LEOKA) data as well as arrest-related deaths (ARD)
