Jimmy Carter was a pathetically bad president and has been consistently wrong about people. He regularly attacked and insulted president Reagan. He praised the Sandinista regime in Nicaragua, the PLO, Robert Mugabe in Zimbabwe, Noriega in Panama and several brutal communist dictators in North Korea. Carter is a nasty piece of work.

But like all effective lies and propaganda this has an element of truth.

Senator Cruz is a principled conservative. He is a true patriot with strong values.

Carter said Trump is malleable. Many people talk about Trump giving money to and saying nice things about liberal politicians. Everyone trying to run a business in the United States must allow himself to be pushed around and extorted by politicians and must be nice to them while they do it. That is the sad state of America today. That is the real world.

Trump's strength has been that he has taken positions that support America. He has been strong in the face of pressure.

Carter was a very weak and incompetent president. He may have been told to say what he said. He is in his 90’s and has recently struggled with cancer that reached his brain.

Carter is dishonest and despicable. His endorsement of Trump is meant to hurt Trump. It is clear that Carter and whoever told him to say what he said do not want Trump to be the Republican candidate.
