You Cruz haters hated Michelle Bachmann for the same reason. Because she boldly expressed her faith in the Lord. Worldlies don’t like to hear that.

Back in 2011 when Bachmann was running for president, she advocated building a fence along the US/Mexico border and was criticized and even laughed at by many. When she eventually dropped out of the race, Trump had some unkind things to say about her.
By the way, Cruz advocated building a wall between the Texas/Mexico border during his run for senate back in 2012.
Many Trump supporters think Trump is the only one who ever thought of building a wall.
I like both Trump and Michelle Bachman.
