Deer can be very dangerous especially during the rut. Mr. GG2 and I had one stomping around us once. We had to throw rocks at it and yell at it to make it leave.

I think the more important question is “what DID you do?” If a deer has decided to do you in there’s gotta be a couple of missteps in your recent past.

Years ago a friend of mine’s brother was pheasant hunting here in S.E. Michigan when an arrow wounded buck came up out of a shallow ravine and charged him. It pushed him clear across a field until the buck finally finally turned away and ran off........
