Where does the constitution give the Feds the power to tax and use that money for health care in the form of block grants to the states? Maybe I’m being too picky, expecting somebody to tell ppl no, that isn’t the job of the government to be involved in healthcare.

It doesn’t. But you cannot get back to complete constitutional government in one jump. It is simply not possible. Just as we are restoring Second Amendment rights incrementally, we have to cut back the unconstitutional federal government incrementally.

To do what you want is to eliminate 75% of the government all at once. It will never happen, unless we lose a big war, have a shooting revolution, or some other catastrophe, and it is not at all clear that we will end up with a limited government on the other side. In fact, the odds are against it.

Incrementalism has a chance, because it can make things better slowly, leading to the next step.
