Add American stinker to the loser bin...only worth visiting on Tuesday nights when trump wins to taste tears.

No no. Not what I meant.

It was just that my highlighted comment on that other thread seemed to encapsulate what Moran wrote.

Just noting a co-ink-i-dink

Ted Cruz just sent me email today asking for a campaign donation. Here was my reply:

Hi Ted;

I know you’ll never read this but, after last night when you blamed what happened in Chicago on Trump’s rhetoric and not on the intolerance for free speech that the left embraces, you lost me as a supporter.

The Michigan primary is over and I voted for you but, there more support ends.

I hope you will continue to fight the Democrats in the senate and I wish you the best of luck.

For whatever my opinion is worth (not much according to my ex!) I think Trump could easily pivot this “fighting back” meme into a no holds barred examination of the way PC is corroding our national dialog.

"I should point out there isn’t violence at my events," Rubio said.

Yes, because you are as inconsequential as a fart in a hurricane, Marco.

Ask yourself if Trump supporters went to Hitlery’s rallies, and disrupted it violently, who would they blame?

And of course the press will not point out this very important distinction.

I doubt it actually changed very much but it does appear to have precipitated sudden decisions on the part of those on the fence. Should the numbers suddenly change and Cruz pull ahead of Trump by proportions similar to those of a couple of days ago that leaned the other way, then yes, I'll be wrong and it will have been a game changer, at least with respect to the primaries.

It may well be that the waters were being tested for acts of genuine political violence during the workup to the national elections, though. It seems likely that there will be real violence at the conventions, principally because everyone involved in this one has gotten away with it. That, as well, may have been inevitable even in the absence of the events of last evening.

It won’t affect Trump supporters who already know this is going to be a war.

I think about 10% of all other Americans will realize they are consorting with a bunch of sniveling little worms who are offended by Trump and worship weakness. Those men and women will switch and become part of the winning team Tuesday and beyond.

This guy’s thesis is disgusting. He is a fool looking for a excuse to wallow with the anarchists. We need to turn this internal fascist campaign back or we are done for. It is past time to push back hard in all sectors, especially the commie entrenched educational system.

To suggest that it’s to Trump’s advantage is to suggest implicitly that Trump did it to himself.

While ther eis a culture of violent aggression around Trump, he did not do it to himself.

But I am worried that cancelling the rally last night might set a precedent that they can shut him down any time.

Black Lives Matter disrupted rallies for Sanders and Clinton. Sanders was forced off stage. Are we asking what they did to provoke it or whether it hurt their campaigns?

BLM discovered no press coverage in continuing to protest democrats.

This was a coordinated effort to silence the republican vote and silence all non progressive / socialist / marxist voices.

I don't think they were ready for the size of the riot. I'm sure they will be better prepared for future ones. this leaves the leftist scum the only option of escalating the violence.

The source of the statement that Ted Cruz lost followers is a reddit article saying that Ted Cruz's followers dropped from 1.2 million to 923K

Looking at Ted Cruz's twitter page, he's at 739K followers right now. We can all check and see where he is at the end of the weekend.

That appears to be his “Senator Ted Cruz” account.

There’s another that appears to be his “Cruz for President” account showing 923K followers currently, with no major dropoff.
