Cruz is wrong. Rather than patrol neighborhoods we must (a) deport ALL non-citizen Muslims, immediately, (b) forbid any Muslim to enter and (c) keep ALL citizen Muslims under surveillance. If they object offer them free transportation to the Islamic hellhole of their choice.
