As long as Trump is at the top of the ticket; Ryan is a better choice policy wise than some, worse than others. Ryan does no damage as VP, not my first choice, but if it locked in Trump as President and unified the opposition to Clinton/Sanders it is an acceptable outcome. I don’t expect Cruz will be on the ticket.
I could live with Trump/Ryan.
Kinda a throwback to when they stuck the outsider Reagan with the consummate GOP-e insider, GHW Bush.
