Doesn’t the FBI have a few people with top secret clearance?
a few people with top secret clearance?................. More important, need to know TS clearance. TS is restrictive, you just can’t flash it and expect to be allowed to view at request, you need a need to know pass.
Just having a TS clearance is not enough for access to TS material. One must also have the “need to know.”
In the case of an investigation I would hope the FBI could access these emails.
