Wouldn’t it make more sense to hang actual aggressors and rapists in the public square and make everyone safe again? Less than 100 years ago, rape was a capitol offense in many places in the US.

Less than 100 years ago, rape was a capitol offense in many places in the US The reason for reversing this policy is that it removes the motivation to murder the rape victim.
