That's nearly the End of Story, but not quite. There are rare cases of men with XXY, XXXY, or even XXXXY.

That's not to say however that "Trans" thing has much to do with rare defects like Klinefelters or Androgen Insensitivity (indiv with XY, who appears outwardly to be a woman). I agree that "Trans" cases are overwhelmingly folks with psychological problems. (Now including insane parents.)
