The recent Pa & NJ court rulings are ludicrous, opinions on the part of two judges without legal base or review of any evidence.
Your last Minor v. Happersett 88 U.S. 162 (1874)is about citizenship not NBC. In fact the opinion in that case upholds the traditional view of NBC.
