A medical doctor told me recently that it’s a myth that doctors drive Cadillacs. Nowadays, he said, they drive Tauruses.
The salaries are so low now relative to the hours required to be a doctor that many could make a better living as plumbers. Some of the reward is the prestige factor but with standards being lowered that goes out the window.
I need to find a new primary care doctor and most of the choices were educated in India or a Muslim country, or are 78 year old doctors from a different era. The politically correct search engine isn't very helpful. As Trump would say: sad!
