Obama Soup” - what will be the ingredients?

Momma’s generation largely blamed Hoover for the Depression.
She used to make white gravy out of flour & grease & water
in a big cast iron skillet. They called it “Hoover Soup”.
(I doubt Hoover was solely to blame for the Depression any
more than Roosevelt was to blame for WWII that helped to end
the Depression.) *Note: White gravy is only good if it’s
made with bacon grease & milk.
