‘Birtherism’

Btw, the term ‘birther’ was coined by Obama’s Alinskyite supporters precisely as a means of avoiding the issue. I.e.:, rather than respond factually to legitimate questions, Obots simply screamed ‘Birthers!’

Iow, it’s simply a nasty and dishonest way of avoiding honesty and transparency. Like candidate, like supporter.

Michelle Obama showed up every few weeks as an adviser to a Chicago hospital and received over 300 grand a year to influence favorable voting from Barrack. Why is Heidi worth millions to Goldman Sachs. If you are honest you must have a question or two yourself.

I have done a 180 on Cruz. I donated twice to his campaign in the beginning but had a hard time working through his votes on amnesty and his ensuing Irish jig.

You really don’t believe that PACs don’t coordinate do you. I have some beachfront property in Phoenix you may like.

Why did his PAC give that money to Carley’s Pac.

It’s never his fault is it? You make my point far better than I did.

You are correct. The problem is the definition of conservative has changed radically to fit the style of DT. No history, no record, no writings, no actions—nothing, except for everything that proves he is a liberal. Today, conservative means just saying “I’m a conservative,” unless you really are and then it doesn’t count.

Do you know what a “poison pill” is in the legislative process?

I always have dumb Cruzers making this point because they seem to be psychologically incapable of reading my entire statement or dealing with the problem that refutes the "poison pill" stupidity: Cruz supported legalization of illegals even after the gang of eight fight was over. If Cruz was lying to congress when he called legalization part of "common sense" reform, there is no reason for Cruz to continue lying after the bill passed the senate.

Bravo, and where are Ted's many thousands showing up to fill an arena like Trump?

Cruz doesn’t do anything well with the people. He's dull and uninspiring.

The day will come (probably sooner than we think) when you populist Trump fans will long for "dull and uninspiring" conservatism....once you Trumpists get what you want via the Donald. It's not going to be what you wanted or thought you were getting...much like the unpleasant revelation that Obama has presented his supporters. The problem with you guys is....you don't listen to or consider the viewpoints of anybody but each other and your current 'idol-du-jour'. Big mistake.

All of this is academic as Cruz will be mathematically eliminated by Trump on Tuesday. After that the question becomes will Cruz be a stand up conservative and get out or join Kasich as a Romney errand boy whose only reason for campaigning on is to deliver a contested convention to Romney so he can lose again

"what are his Conservative accomplishments?"

For starters, landmark US Supreme Court victories including defending U.S. sovereignty against the UN and the World Court in Medellin v. Texas, defending our Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms, defending the constitutionality of the Ten Commandments monument at the Texas State Capitol and the words "under God" in the Pledge of Allegiance.

U.S. Senate, he has led the fight to repeal Obamacare, to stop President Obama’s illegal and unconstitutional executive amnesty, and to defend life, marriage, the First Amendment, the Second Amendment, and our entire Bill of Rights. And most important, he’s kept his promise to speak the truth and do what he said he’d do.

Ted is my senator, and I can assure you that he has done all that.

In Texas, the most powerful office is the lieutenant governorship. Lieutenant Governor David Dewhurst (Do-Worst) was a self-made billionaire and Establishment Toadie. Bored being Lieutenant Governor throughout the Rick Perry years, Dewhurst decided it was time to claim a US Senate seat when Kay Bailey Hutchinson, another Establishment stooge, decided to retire. John Cornyn, yet another Establishment stooge, was looking forward to Dewhurst serving Mitvh McConnell and the US Chamber of Commerce, K Street, and Wall Street, JUST LIKE Hutchinson.

Dewhurst did his best, laid out gobs of his and other GOP-E money ($$$$$$ makes $$$$$$, after all) and initially led the polls by a humongous margin. Ted Cruz had little name recognition and less money but built an impressive ground game and dispatched Dewhurst handily. The campaign soooo damaged Dewhurst's political brand name that he was defeated for re-nomination by a 2-1 margin by a right wing (that's a good thing) state senator and radio talk show host Dan Patrick.

That's what Cruz did to the epitome of the GOP-E in Texas.

That's Governor Paul LePage, BTW

Gov LePage is no liar, he tells it like it is. He would certainly know whether or not his own daughters needed to be naturalized, and would say as much.

Birther fantasy Kool Aid...Birtherism

That is pure RAT-speak. The Framers wanted to keep foreigners from usurping the office, and their concept worked pretty well until Obama.

Why would you want to let his precedent stand?

Cruz has been, continues to be, and always will be conservative.

Is he really conservative on immigration and trade? He has had a foxhole conversion on these issues during the campaign.

I for one am tired of being played by "conservative politicians" who say all the right things using buzz words like the Constitution, low taxes, individual rights, etc., but who are really big government types controlled by their corporate paymasters and special interests.

I don't trust Cruz. He is your typical politician saying what you want to hear and he parses words in Clintonian fashion. He is just another Ivy League lawyer who feels superior to everyone else and has spent the vast majority of his working life in politics feeding at the public trough. Do we really need another ambitious, first term senator with very little executive experience in the WH? Is he really an outsider as he avers? Or is he a member of the political class manipulating and deceiving the public as is the wont of the elites?

He ran a grass roots, tea party campaign, and won, based on messages and now kept promises.

what has he been successful at? Just voting doesn't count. That is like a participation trophy. Please list his accomplishments since becomming a senator.

Unless you are talking about writing an op-ed when he supported tpa, that then enabled tpp. Or maybe shutting down the govt. when he didn't have the needed plan to make it work in his favor, allowing Obama to shut down national parks and having ww2 vets not able to get in to see their memorials. Maybe he was successful when he was hoodwinked by McConnel about the bank deal. Or maybe his success came when he worked to legalize illegals during the gang of 8 bill, that passed the senate, without his plan. Maybe it was his co-sponser on the Corker bill? Boy, if he's a conservative, we are in big trouble.

And, as far as being tea party, grass roots, he and Rand Paul chose to stay out of any incumbent senate races w So boy, he really gave back to the tea party that got him elected. Everytime Cruz has a chance to make a meaning difference, like backing tea party newcomers over party hacks, he doesn't do it. When it is a huge get my name in the news with no real victory, he is all there, yelling about how conservative he is. Most are seeing through this.

I’m saying Trump has many cult-like followers. Kool-Aid drinkers who get shivers up their leg when he peddles steaks, bottled water, pizza sauce, and designer shoes during a United States presidential candidates victory speech.

Yes.

Your attack is a Clinton attack.

Trump said she would make a good president in 2008.

Cruz is by far the most conservative candidate running

The American conservative Union rates politicians on this. Cruz is ranked #1

Rather than face the substantive issues you post false slander against Cruz
