If Ted Cruz was not in this race, the tone would likely be the exact same. We'd still have all the comments about peoples' looks, still have Trump talking about the size of his member, still have him sayong that his opponents are cheaters, etc.. Only difference is that we'd probably be hearing "Little Marco" 10 times a day rather than "Lyin' Ted."
