Walker is a buddy with Cruz and Ryan, not Trump. This is internal Wisconsin GOPE games, which Trump has nothing to do with. Repeat: trump has nothing to do with this, he had no representation in this, Ryan and Walker and the GOPE do.
What it indicates is the GOPE, if they can ditch Trump has no intention of giving the nomination to Cruz. Cruz is and has been for some time a means to an end.
