You can’t pardon someone who has yet to be convicted. I would hope that Clinton will indeed get her due, assuming she does NOT become POTUS.

There is a time factor to consider. If The DOJ is going to indict Hillary then time is working against the Democrats in presenting her replacement by November.

You cant pardon someone who has yet to be convicted.Allow me to be the first to point out the Ford pardon of Nixon, who hadn't even been indicted (or impeached), let alone convicted.
