This one should be fun because it pits the high speed rail boondoggle against the need for reservoirs
High speed rail should win that battle easily. California wants to tear out dams, not build new ones. Once they finish turning the farmlands into deserts, they’ll have to look elsewhere to steal the water. But new dams are unlikely in that state.
