Odd last year I walked the streets of Burlington with a girl I started seeing after coming out of a club that was doing 90’s night, looked over my shoulder but never felt in danger, I still smelled weed though.
I lived in Burlington about 35 years ago. It was pretty mellow and a college town. Us townies were partiers but nothing major.
Rutland has always been a little more scary.
