That's not even close to being true. You don't know what you're talking about.
He graduated high school from Phillips Academy Andover which is one of the toughest high schools in the US. I know that because I have a daughter at Andover now.
He got a degree from Brown -- another tough school.
He got a law degree.
No matter how much political pull one has, you don't graduate from Andover and Brown if you are as dumb as a bag of hammers.
Legacy can graduate from Andover with mush for brains.
Same for Brown.
