See how they will wail and sob when THEY have to follow those strict rules. Just a few samples...
“Immigration officials must “ensure” that “immigrants will be useful elements for the country and that they have the necessary funds for their sustenance” and for their dependents. (Article 34)”
“A penalty of up to two years in prison and a fine of three hundred to five thousand pesos will be imposed on the foreigner who enters the country illegally.” (Article 123)
Maybe Trump could shine some light on these to show why he thinks we need a wall..

The last war we had with Mexico was 1846. Battle of Palo Alto kicked it off. Mexico couldn’t deal with our highly mobile artillery and better trained troops.
In 1848 the war ended with our flag flying over Mexico City with a US Army colonel in charge of the country. The Mexicans never won a single battle. Not one.
Mexico has no tanks. That will make invasion difficult.
Load the fuel-air MOABs onto the B52s we're goin for one more ride downtown...sacrifice a few Aztecs to the Sun God ;)

I wonder how many minutes that war would last? Meh, we have most of their people now... we might as well invade and get the land too.
