I saw an address that didn’t exist, and told the poll workers. They made a note and told me to call the county hot line. Apparently, if the person shows up they have to cast a provisional ballot, and the claim is checked out. I don’t know if anyone tried, but the person was registered as a Democrat, of course. You can have a mailing address different than your home. POBox, E.g. So California no-ID has another way to do fraud.
