There are many past Blue and Purple states who won't be, this time around, for many different reasons; not the least because the old Dem machines and unions no longer have the power they once had. In a longish couple of posts, I went into detail about this, last night and don't care to rewrite it all to this thread.

It’s like an echo chamber effect.
Many do consciously dislike & distrust the media. But if they don’t already hold a strong opinion about a particular issue/candidate, they end up implicitly influenced by the media’s daily crapflood nevertheless.
And it’s against MY religion to argue with fish bowl heads. Fish could lose their lives, and I’d probably get wet.
And that’s my fear, that is what the media is counting on, people who have no opinion who are influenced by what they say..and they are influenced by what the media says its worked every election cycle. I think after 2004 the media figured out how to deal with the public to go with their point of view..they figured out how to make them BAA like sheep and vote for who they think is best

Last night, in California, Bernie Sanders had 13,500 pople attending his political rally and...Hillary Clinton could only muster up, a miserable turnout of 1500 supporters.
And......California Democrat & Independent voters,....take the fact that Hillary Clinton will be resting comfortably in New York City, on Tuesday evening, the POTUS Primary day In California. That is the low level of respect she shows the state of 33,000,000 people. The people’s response to Clinton was not showing for any of her lackluster, boring rallies in California and throughout the entire country!!! Yeh...& bring out the Secret Service penned book on the Clintons in the White House....that is now the number one best seller on Amazon.com (It has gone from number 75,000 in bestsellers, to number one, literally, overnight!!! A short poem you won’t forget
Do you recall the President referring to the Benghazi incident as “a bump in the road?”
At the end of the interview he asked if he could make a comment on Benghazi and, of course, the anchor said “yes.”
He then thanked Fox News for keeping the Benghazi story in the news, since other news organizations are not.
He said the Seals who died deserve the public knowing the truth about the whole affair.
The poem was written by an anonymous Marine Corps officer:
“THE BATTLING BOYS OF BENGHAZI”
We’re the battling boys of Benghazi,
No fame, no glory, no paparazzi.
Just a fiery death in a blazing hell,
Defending our country we loved so well.
It wasn’t our job, but we answered the call,
