because by asking such a question he implies that we haven’t been living through an historic Distaster these past 7.6 years

Various reports recently seem to suggest that a major earthquake may be imminent on the West Coast. If one occurs, Obama and the Dems do not want to be blamed for lack of public warning. And do not discount the burden of even short-term discomfit. Based on experience with hurricanes in Florida, I can attest that even a few days in the summer without electric power is miserable, and many households have someone who is especially vexed due to illness or age. A “small” earthquake in LA might kill a few hundred outright and then thousands more due to heat stroke.

I heard that Fort Hood has been having training exercises for disasters recently. Could be routine though but it might mean something given O’s statement
