Tee Tee, titty, what’s the difference?
I knew somebody in school with that last name.
He pronounced it “tie tie”.
And nobody that I recall teased him about that name.

My 90 year old aunt said (imagine a strong Savannah GA accent), and I quote:
“I got titties, you got titties, everyone’s got titties. What’s the big deal”
hereabouts Titi would automatically be pronounced Tighteye. Titi is a species of swamp shrub tree thing that if you have it on your yard you got to get rid of it surreptiously or you won’t be allowed to do any damn thing at all with your property, maybe not even cut the grass.
