Not sure about the first, and don’t think he has a chance on the second. He could have, but won’t. One way to differentiate himself from the Ryans and the Lady Heron’s would be if he would endorse Trump and actually work for him so that he can defeat Trump. That’s what you’re doing, right? Right?
