LOL! I feel like I need to hit the gym after watching that.
Been doing about an hour and a half on the weight bench every other day for the last four months, walk three miles a day in the blazing Florida sun every day, busting my guts twice a day every day on the ab wheel, and I am so far from Navy Seal material it makes me cry.
That guy’s physique is ridiculous, I don’t even think he needs a gun, no one is going to mess with him, he can punch through a battleship hull.
I couldn’t see the soft parts.
