One has to wonder if Nancy and Boehner were not both told that Frank Marshall Davis was the REAL father and if pushed too hard Zero would just open that can ‘o worms. It could explain a lot. Zero knew better since has was a teen but recognized the value of being Barak Obama rather than Barry Davis. The porno films of his mother in Davis’ Hawaii apartment sort of support the plausibility of FMD being his biological father.
It would not matter in the slightest if Davis was the father of Barry Soetero. The man who is married to the mother is the legal father; Barry is the legitimate child of Barak Obama SR, and therefor born a subject of the Queen (as was Cruz by the way.) It does not matter at all who supplied the sperm for Ann Dunham’s ovum, the child was the son of Barak Sr., born in wedlock. If Barak Sr. was not the father and had chosen to do so, he could have divorced Stanley Ann or annulled the marriage, and made an issue of her adultery and deceit in the courts which may or may not agree that Barry was his son. If the courts determined that Barry was not the biological son of Barak and thus granted him a divorce and relieved of him all obligations to the child (not likely) then Barak Sr would not be considered Barry’s legal father, and Barry’s would not be considered a subject of the Queen. However, that does not make Barry natural born. Dunham would then have had to claim that Davis was the father. If Davis then acknowledged Barry to be his son, or Stanley Anne was able to prove to the court’s satisfaction that Davis was the father, then Barry would have some claim of being natural born. But in any case all of this became moot when when Barry was adopted by his Indonesian stepfather. So all that Barry would have done if he had belatedly made the claim that Marshall was his biological father, is dishonor his parents (all 3 of them) and shame his children. (Remember, there was no DNA testing in the 1960s.)
