Andrea Tantaros has been away from her spot on "Outnumbered" on the Fox News channel since the last week in April. That is a long time for someone so popular to be off the air due to a contract issue, which is what Fox reported back in April.
She may be gone but people are doing their best to bring her back with 9,300 names as of June 20 on a petition that is asking Fox News to... "Bring back Andrea Tantaros!" Folks just won't let her fade away, even her critics.

She was too conservative for the left wing owners of Faux Gnus.
Andrea Tantaros was one of the few people that made Fox worth watching.
I cannot, for the life of me, imagine why they cut Andrea, who is well spoken and intelligent, and kept Dana Perino, who is a vapid, babbling, stuttering, stammering, mumbling airhead who has nothing intelligent or noteworthy to say about anything.

I remember when E. D. Hill disappeared.
Not a word was said about why she wasn’t there or when she’d be back - then one day Gretchen Carlson showed up.
That was actually the day I turned off Fox News.
Fewer than 10,000 fans? That won’t help her bargaining position. And at 37, she’s getting old to be a young, pretty face. If she is too difficult, they’ll go younger and cheaper.

If she hasn’t come back after three months of “contract negotiations” she isn’t coming back.
There were a couple of things that impressed me about her.
Big Media is run by people with big egos and low self esteem.
She stepped on somebody’s toes or defied the Company Line in some unwritten manner. We have to remember, no body has a right to be on TV. Sometimes, being popular with the viewers is no where near the top five concerns of a Programming Director.
I miss her on “Outnumbered” for a couple reasons....

Amusing you suggested she might be difficult. I just came across hilarious and vaguely creepy video of Laura Ingraham behaving very badly on her failed Fox Show a few years ago (I guess). Somebody who she abused must have leaked it to libs who sent it out to the great, unwashed public. I watched it this morning; she’s a total train wreck.
Be nice to underlings; they bite.
