thank you for the info on Lamb’s Quarters...it grows wild out in the rural part of northern Illinois. I did not know it was edible.

I do some foraging...Morels, Dryad Saddle, Puff Ball mushrooms. Various berries and nuts...and Chickweed...in the spring...when it is sprouting out. Then there is Purslane which grows in Midwestern gardens as weeds. I have not tried wild grains yet...will have to research that...

Wood sorrel, dandelions, fiddlehead ferns, swamp cabbage, stinging nettle, japanese knotweed...we have all of these in abundance here in new england.
