Best idea Ryan has had in a long time. This is exactly what civilized countries do— bilateral agreements, not micromanaging everything from immigration to the curve in a banana as superstate like the EU does. Singapore, Switzerland and Japan are three examples, of countries with great bilateral trade management.
Ryan is piggy backing on what Trump has already said.
He’s still a backstabbing turncoat. Primary him.
AND who gives HIM the right to do anything but REPRESENT our House of Representatives???? He wasn’t on any ballot this time to be voted on by the American People...he lost last time, REMEMBER LOSER RINO RYAN???? YOU LOST!!!!
A future Trump Administration should negotiate trade deals with the U.K. and other countries.
The Speaker of the House?
Ryan best get himself a killer negotiator, one not from the GOPe bullpen. Their trail of trade deficits & debt wouldn’t cut it in private industry.
Now here's Ryan's problem....everyday, Ryan is agreeing with something that Trump has already proposed.
So Ryan is some kind of genius if the party likes it...right?
What does Britain have that we need? They do have some things we WANT, like MGs, Triumphs, Jags and Bentleys, but NEED?
Let President Trump address this in January. I do not trust Ryan to do anything more than parrot Obama and globalist interests and the GOPe.
Somebody from the chamber of commies must have told him it's okay to practice taqiyya in order to retain power.
IMO, Ryan needs to be sent packing in November.
As long as it protected the NHS from privatised interference, unlike TTIP. Nationalised healthcare is precious to Britain, much as it might be an anathema to most here, by the same token, any fta should not interfere with anything sacrosanct to Americans like gun ownership. The problem with Brussels is that it demanded too much say in how we governed our country and by what principles. We need to make sure that both sides are protected from undue influence over each other’s affairs and keep it strictly about trade of goods and services, and ease of access for the movement of skilled workers.
