People like Hillary don't LOSE money. Not even a dime. She knows exactly where every penny went.
What occurred is that she did not OFFICIALLY ACCOUNT for it on the BOOKS. She didn't, she couldn't, because WHERE and to WHOM the money went would incriminate her if she properly accounted for it.
