Abortion is the Law. PERIOD. The VP can not change the Law, ONLY the Supreme Court can.
According to the Constitution,Congress can change the law, and any law that the Supreme Court deems Constitutional or not.
Like we have seen for Obamacare for over 6 years, the GOP does not have the inclination to do anything as it has played us for the last 43 years like it was actually going to do something about abortion.

I’m addressing the issue of character. Again, if someone has no problem that innocent babies are murdered by the millions - and brutally murdered no less - what atrocities will that person NOT have a problem with?
