I only challenged an incorrect statement you made.
The Supreme Court can rule until the cows come home, but under the Constitution, Congress has the right to review , modify or strike down almost all of their decisions.
That they choose not to, is a different matter.
Then why are people saying we have to win this election because the Supreme Court is in the balance?
