The Democrats banned together to side track the questioning in this hearing. But then, I know we all know that.
She also speaks about prosecutorial history regarding these statutes. When she says nobody else’s had previously been charged criminally under these laws, she is implicitly stating that regarding any NEW laws passed, lacking prosecutorial history, nobody can be criminally charged there either.

You asked why they are having this(Hearing.) The reason is theater and the play is staffed by blacks, Democrats and Republicans. However, perhaps the audience is beginning to realize the play was not scripted by Shakespeare as advertised.

Did anyone ask her about the decision to not have Hillary under oath during FBI testimony or no transcript ???
I know she will just say she trusted professionals, but do think it would be good to get her under oath about why she thinks its a good thing to handle something as important as national security that way
Also the question of why Clintons attorneys acted as Judge and Jury on emails by being allowed to delete them to a non recoverable state...
