I keep seeing moments where Trump seems to fall into a disastrous pit of snakes, usually avoidable (I mean who would crib from MO, of all people?), then a huge discussion ensues. Two or three possible explanations emerge, often one is evil genius. The Donald (or his people) get so much publicity that, even if the campaign stumbled, it’s a plus.
